Yvonne is a woman of taste and audacity born in 1920 in Normandy. She devoted her life to the beautiful and the good things.
The Yvonne house takes its name and its inspiration from this resolutely modern woman.
Strengthened by this heritage, Emilie Coudray, her granddaughter, and her husband Jean-Marc, founded Maison Yvonne in memory of this avant-garde grandmother, back in 2010.
Emilie wanted to create a glamorous and modern concept while keeping the soul of the traditional bakery and pastry shop.
Their daughter Lily-Rose Coudray joined the company in 2018 and brought her fashion touch.
Pacome Coudray arrived in 2022 and set up Yvonne in Dubai, using the experience he acquired during his studies in a renowned hotel school.
Yvonne has been able to pass on her art of living to the entire family.
